Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Whitetail Bluff, we aim to provide our clients with the ultimate hunting experience. Understanding that plans might change or unforeseen circumstances may arise, this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted.
2. Booking Deposits
- The initial $500 deposit to secure a hunting booking is non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances (as determined by Whitetail Bluff management).
- In case of extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss potential refunds or rescheduling.
3. Cancellation by the Client
- If a client cancels their booking more than 90 days before their scheduled hunting date, they are entitled to a full refund minus the initial deposit.
- Cancellations made 90 days or less before the scheduled hunting date are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Whitetail Bluff
- In the rare event that Whitetail Bluff must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns, clients will be offered a choice between a full refund or rescheduling their hunting experience.
5. No Successful Hunt
- If a client doesn’t succeed in their hunt, only the additional charges after the $500 deposit will be withheld. This adheres to our policy of “you pay nothing else until you are successful and satisfied.”
6. Guests
- Since we do not charge for guests, no refunds pertain to them. However, any extra costs or damages incurred by guests will be the responsibility of the main booking client.
7. Changes to Booking Dates
- Clients wishing to change their booking date can do so without any additional charges if they notify us more than 90 days in advance. Date changes made 90 days or less before the scheduled hunting date may incur additional fees, as they will be treated as cancellations.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed via a check, which will be sent to the client within 14 business days of the cancellation or refund request approval.
