1. Introduction

Welcome to Whitetail Bluff. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of our website and all associated services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A $500 deposit is required to secure a hunting booking.
  • Full payment is due upon successful hunting and to your satisfaction.
  • Any tips provided are at the discretion of the client.

3. Cancellations

Clients are advised to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel. Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the time of cancellation.

4. Liability

While we strive to provide a safe environment, hunting and outdoor activities come with inherent risks. Whitetail Bluff is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your stay.

5. Guest Policy

We encourage family time and do not charge for guests. However, guests must still adhere to all terms and conditions set out here.

6. Services

Included in your booking:

  • Lodging with cabin amenities.
  • Three home-cooked meals per day.
  • Transportation to and from Louisville Airport.
  • Field dressing and transporting deer to a processing plant.
  • A personal guide for each hunt.
  • Video documentation of your hunt (where possible).

7. Conduct

All visitors are expected to behave responsibly and ethically while hunting and engaging in other activities at Whitetail Bluff. Any activities deemed irresponsible or harmful may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Handicap Accessibility

Whitetail Bluff offers facilities and accommodations for persons with disabilities. Please let us know in advance if you require any special accommodations.

9. External Activities

While we provide information on local area attractions, Whitetail Bluff is not responsible or liable for any experiences or incidents that occur outside our premises.

10. Copyright

All content, including text, images, and videos, on our website and promotional materials, are the property of Whitetail Bluff and cannot be reproduced without our explicit permission.

11. Changes to Terms

Whitetail Bluff reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to check these Terms periodically.
